While I was in LA during this event (even though I live in Boston) I heard it was definitely a weekend to remember.

The panels especially seemed to stir up a lot of interest and commentary surrounding the future of music. (a contributor on my blog attended and wrote a post that inspired the debate to continue)

And now I’m just waiting for Jimmie Rodgers (who promised me!) to teach some soldering lessons for the lacking. Still waiting Jimmie

Also the list of apps and web tools that were put together that weekend were incredible!
I can’t believe guys and gals were able to turn out so much quality work in only 2 days.

Wished I lived somewhere near to attend this years Music Hack Day. I think when you get a bunch of technology geeks passionate about music into a room the result is always gold. I took a look at some of the demos and it really inspired me to perhaps improve on some of the ways my music bloggers can communicate to the readers. That events app on aurgams is something ive always been interested in having. Very interesting read, thanks for sharing.
